The WazUPwidis Urban Stair Challenge is this Saturday starting at 9am. Come out and support the many crazy runners who will be bounding up and down the stairs of downtown Roanoke. I'm not alone in this pursuit - I'll be huffing and puffing alongside my sister and good friends from boot camp. The finish line is on the 7th level of the parking garage on Jefferson Street. Come meet us there!!
